So, you think your wedding night is going to be an evening of under-cover investigations…Think again. Chances are that with all the (outer boudoir) excitement, you’ll have one of two things on your mind….Sleep (due to total exhaustion) or complete “anxiety” (based on being “wired” from the days events). Either way, your situation probably won’t be conducive to calisthenics of copulation.
Want to make the night a pleasurable memory. Go ahead…uncover some of the bare essentials:
· Send you spouse a special token of love:
*Heartfelt card thanking your partner for bringing you such happiness
*Love poem
*Single rose and bottle of Champagne (arrange for hotel to supply)
*Inscribed book of poetry
*Book of Love Letter
*A Basket of Pleasure: Including massage oils, bathing gels, etc.)
· Relax and enjoy the moment and each other:
*Take the pressure off yourselves
*Shower and slip into something more comfortable (including more comfortable clothes
* Party On…and spend some personal time with friends and out of town guests
*Order room service or go out for a stroll and a bite to east (trust us, you WILL be hungry after the wedding)
*Slip the do not disturb sign on your door.
*Reminisce about the day’s highlights and events.
*Exchange and open your special gifts to each other (see above)
*Arrange a wake up call if you have to catch an early flight
*If you have children…get a sitter for them
*Add ambiance with candles, aromatherapy, and music you both love.
*Even if you usually sleep in a T-shirt or naked, consider wearing something special to bed on this night.
*Take it slow…start with a massage and unwind from the day’s events first.
*Have fun (WHATEVER that means) and don’t expect too much.
